I totally understand, and in this market, you would have no problems selling it on your own, but I was curious, if you’re unable to get the property sold on your own in the next month, would you consider meeting with me to potentially look at other options?

How much do you charge?
I would charge only 3% when it sells at the right price. I would do 100% of the work and organize all the showings for you, so you would no longer have to show it on your own. I will take professional photos and create a video home tour for you, at my expense. I will still allow you to sell the home on your own, and if you bring a buyer, then you owe me nothing.
